The faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) aligned with Ibrahim Turaki has suffered a major setback following a Supreme Court ruling that nullified the party’s convention held in Ibadan, Oyo State.
In its judgement, the apex court declared the exercise invalid, effectively undermining decisions and leadership outcomes that emerged from the disputed convention.
