Nollywood actress and Evangelist Tonto Dikeh has announced the launch of the New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle, an interdenominational Christian ministry based in Abuja.
Dikeh described the initiative as a platform for prayer, revival and spiritual training, stressing that it is not intended to operate as a conventional church.
According to her, the gathering is designed for believers who are consecrated and equipped to fulfil God’s purpose, with a focus on spiritual growth, soul-winning and deeper fellowship with God.
She said the vision of the New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle is to raise committed believers who will experience and demonstrate the power, purity and presence of God.
The name of the ministry is inspired by Mark 2:22, which speaks about new wine being put into new wineskins.
The fellowship is scheduled to hold every Friday at 6:00 p.m. at Omni Grand Hotel, formerly Alexis Hotel, near Masalachi Junction, Jabi, Abuja.
While some reports have described the initiative as Dikeh’s “new church,” she has officially characterised it as an interdenominational gathering focused on prayer, revival and spiritual development.
